Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Blueberry Green Monster Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit Protein Powder by Tone It Up)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
Ice cubes, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-high for 30 seconds (or until desired consistency); enjoy!
Makes one 16-ounce serving for a total of 217 calories, 5 grams of fat, and 27 grams of protein.
